Paxhia Farm is maintained by a group of dedicated animal lovers and serves as the home campus for the Northwest School of Animal Massage. Our rescue and retirement animals serve as models for the school during our massage & manual ligament therapy classes (and other modalities).
We count miniature horses (one blind) rescued from southern Utah, a retired top level dressage horse, a Karelian Bear dog saved from the Arizona desert and an indomitable Rat Terrier found nearly starved—and left behind in a dumpster—among our gang. Our island farm is a testament to their strong will to live, love and thrive.
